The paint is the cheap part. What decides whether a house still looks good in five years is everything that happens before the first coat: the loose paint scraped back, the bare wood primed, the gaps caulked. The house in these photos had paint peeling off in sheets when we got there. We take the whole exterior — siding, trim, soffits, doors, porch floors and fences — across Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, Sevierville and Jefferson City.
Loose and peeling paint comes off and bare wood gets primed before anything else. Painting over failing paint just buys you a year.
The whole envelope, not just the walls you see from the street. Trim and soffits are where the weather gets in first.
A front door and a porch floor change how the whole house reads, and they are the two surfaces that take the most abuse.
Roof Painting & Coating
Most metal roofs get replaced years before they need to be. The panels are fine; it is the coating that gave out, and that is a paint problem, not a roof problem. The building in these three photos is the same one, on three different days: faded and blotchy, halfway through, and finished. Cleaned, primed and recoated for a fraction of what a tear-off costs. If your metal roof is chalky, streaked or just the wrong color, call before you call a roofer.
Chalk, dirt and loose coating come off first. Coating over chalk is how a roof job peels in a year.
Rust spots and bare metal get treated before the topcoat goes on.
Sprayed for coverage and back-rolled where it matters, so the finish is even across the whole run instead of streaky at the seams.
Interior Painting
Inside, the job is half painting and half protecting the house you already live in. Floors get covered, furniture gets moved and wrapped, and edges get cut in by hand instead of hoping tape does it. Ceilings are their own skill — they show every roller mark and every missed spot the moment the light hits them.

Commercial Painting
Commercial is where most of our photos come from, and it is a different job than a house: bigger surfaces, lifts and ladders, and a schedule that has to work around a business that is still open. We have sprayed metal buildings and warehouses, repainted downtown storefronts and stained a full commercial deck and stair system in Lenoir City. We work around your hours so your customers see a finished wall instead of our drop cloths.

Flooring & Stairs
Stairs are the hardest part of a flooring job and the first thing anyone looks at when they walk in. The staircase in these photos went from open framing to finished oak treads with the risers painted out. We do floors and stairs together because they meet, and a floor that does not land right at the bottom step is the thing you notice every single day.

Bathroom Remodeling
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the one with the most going on in it: tile, water, trim and paint all meeting in a few square feet. We take the whole remodel — tile walls and tub surrounds, shower enclosures, and the drywall, trim and paint that finish it. Because painting is our own trade, the last week of the job does not depend on somebody else's schedule.
