ML Home Improvement is a family-run painting and home improvement company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Carlos Lopez and his crew bring more than ten years on the tools — exteriors, interiors, metal roofs, commercial buildings, flooring and full bathroom remodels — across Knox, Blount, Loudon, Sevier and Jefferson counties.
What we are known for is the part that does not photograph: the prep. Loose paint scraped back, bare wood primed, walls patched, floors and furniture covered. Anybody can roll a coat on. The reason a finish is still tight five winters later is what happened before the can was opened.

We come look at it
We come out to your place in Knoxville, Maryville or wherever the job is, look at the actual walls, and give you a real number. No charge and no pressure.

See the color first
Before anybody opens a can, we can show you your own house in the color you are considering. Changing your mind on a screen is free.

Prep before paint
Scraping, priming, patching, caulking and masking. It is most of the work and none of the photos, and it is the whole reason the finish lasts.

One crew, start to finish
The same people who prepped it are the ones who finish it. Nothing gets handed off halfway through to somebody you never met.

Cleanup and walkthrough
Drop cloths up, furniture back, site swept. Then we walk it with you and touch up anything you point at.
